We are THRILLED to announce what is, without a doubt, the BIGGEST thing we HAVE ever and WILL ever do… WE’RE GETTING A MUSICAL!
We have recently signed the paperwork with an incredibly talented & widely-known musical theatre composer, lyricist & playwright to work with them on bringing to life a fully-fledged WTT Musical!
WE TALK THEATRE: THE MUSICAL follows the life of Seb & Jack, 2 young boys with big dreams of making it in the theatre world:
Long before We Talk Theatre was created, there was a young boy, who rocks some Harry Potter-type glasses, who was smart, fiery, misunderstood and possessing an extraordinary talent. When he meets another young boy who is exceptionally popular and showcasing an incredible jawline, their initial rivalry turns into the unlikeliest of friendships… until Newcastle decides to call one ‘good’, and the other one ‘wicked’.
We Talk Theatre are overjoyed to be teaming up with HYDE Entertainment, the company behind the Australian Premiere of CHATROOM, to bring this new musical to life.

WE TALK THEATRE: THE MUSICAL is headed to Newcastle’s Civic Theatre for a 1-night only concert performance, before going straight to the Great White Way to take it’s first (but definitely not last) Broadway bow.
